When placing your order, a shipping date is indicated. After the order has been placed, the same delivery time will be mentioned in the order confirmation. Therefore, it is never possible for the shipping date shown on the website during the order process to differ from the one in the confirmation.
If your order has a longer delivery time than what you previously saw, it is of course possible to cancel (part of) the order. To do so, you can contact our customer support team — they will cancel the order for you. The amount paid will be refunded to your bank account within two working days. Once an order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
After you have paid for your order, the invoice will not be sent automatically. If you wish to receive an invoice, there are two ways to do so. The first option is through your account on our webshop. When you log in, you can view your orders and download the invoice.
